Jake Larimore - Chief Engineer: Integration
Jake Larimore is a senior in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in VLSI and Embedded Systems. Throughout his college career he has worked part time as a computer repair technician specializing in Apple products and has interned for TI as a Test Engineer. He is involved in Critical Tinkerers and IMPACT clubs, taking executive positions in both. In his free time he enjoys reading and rock climbing.
Franklin Bates - Chief Engineer: Microcontroller
Franklin Bates is a senior in Computer engineering with an emphasis in Embedded Systems. He is an Unites States Air Force veteren with experience in leadership and managment. He has focused his education on cyber physical systems with networking capabilities. He is an avid runner and cycler and enjoys hiking and camping with his family.
Shivam Vashi - Chief Engineer: Software
Shivam Vashi is a senior in Software Engineering with a minor in Data Science. He has experience in front-end design through making several games, like a minesweeper website and a turn based strategy game. In his free time, he enjoys reading and going on runs.
John Brose - Chief Engineer: Power Systems
John Brose is a senior at Iowa State University. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on computer engineering and analog/digital electronics. He will be graduating in Fall 2021 and he is interested in embedded systems design.
Daniel Lamar - Test Engineer
Daniel is perusing a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Iowa State University. Upon graduating in December of 2021, he will remain in Ames, IA and is planning to work remotely for CREE Wolfspeed before moving to Syracuse, NY to help plant a church. Outside of school Daniel enjoys spending time with his Fiancée, going on bike rides, and drinking good coffee.
